There is no stereotyped customer profile for the use of floats. Our flotation center is attended by clients with an age range that can vary from 10 to 80 years old and who belong to a wide range of social and professional environments. In general, the vast majority use float for relaxation and stress relief, however floatation therapy can be used for many different purposes.
Our centers are visited by a large number of people with various problems: pregnant women with back pain, people diagnosed with fibromyalgia, rheumatism, arthritis, people with chronic muscle pain, migraines, etc ... We are also often visited by athletes. Professionals from various fields use floatation therapy to maximize their training routines and recover faster from injuries. This is a relatively recent innovation in flotation therapy thanks to new research conducted primarily in Australia, where the Australian Institute of Sport (IAS) considers the use of floats as an integral part of their athletes' training regimen.
For several years the floats were exclusively used by researchers in university laboratories or by private enthusiasts with high purchasing power. However, in the 1980s floatation therapy increased in popularity as more about its effects and benefits became known. Today, floaters can be found in rehabilitation clinics, medical centers, hospitals, sports clubs, hotels, spas, wellness centers, and even in some American universities where they are used to accelerate learning.
In our centers we keep a record and carry out a constant evaluation of the state of each client, and this information is used to improve both our products and our customer service, and also to carry out research relevant to human health.
THE FLOAT BUSINESS
Hydrofloat float tanks offer automated sessions that generate excellent profits without greatly increasing the maintenance and personnel costs of your existing center. Our clients can guarantee the good operation, low cost and high profitability of our floats. Some of them have easily reached an average of 5 sessions per day based on a 45 minute float time and 15 minutes afterwards to recondition the float for a new session. But even with a performance of only 2 customers per day the cost of the float will be recovered within the first 12 months.
This excellent and lucrative business can be carried out as an independent flotation center or by installing a float as part of an existing company such as health centers, hotels, gyms, recreation centers, spas, beauty salons, clinics, sports clubs etc
